Longlook Farm New Hampshire Wedding: Kate and Matt

Kate and Matt… the cutest.They had an epic, but hot, summer wedding at the Longlook farm in New Hampshire. Longlook farm is a venue we have been to a few times but never in the summer. The last time we photographed there it actually snowed. I can remember driving back home to Maine in the crazy weather. This wedding was a little different, it was hot! Any season you can’t go wrong with a wedding at this venue. It has a space for the wedding party to stay on site, as well as glamping options, and great views.

We met these two over a year ago for their NH engagement session, at a summer camp not too far away, and had been looking forward to photographing their wedding in NH since then. Both of these humans are tough as nails and cool as cucumbers. Matt even went kayaking the morning of the wedding, which Dan would have done if we had not married at 7 am back in 2008. The reason we know this is that We stopped by the the Mill City whitewater park in NH on the way to their wedding and ran into Matt! Luckily, we all made it to Longlook Farm for the wedding without a problem.

After exchanging vows privately before the ceremony, (and with us), they had their ceremony outside overlooking the mountains (Its called Longlook Farm for a reason I guess). Was I crying? Was I sweating? We will never know - it was such a hot day. Either way, they were married now and we were there to have a huge celebration. We love photographing a good dance party and these two did not disappoint. We even got to recreate a photo from their engagement session while we were at it. Good times.
