Portland City Hall Wedding: Jess and Paul
It was during the COVID times in Maine when Jess and Paul decided to get married at the Portland Maine City Hall. Planning a big wedding during 2021 was a little difficult so the small wedding was the right call. They were surrounded by just their two sets of parents, in the basement of City Hall due to the covid restrictions (if you want to see a more up-to-date City Hall wedding check this post out). Bethany and I were not even allowed to go into the basement room, but we were able to take a few photos from the doorway :) After the quick wedding ceremony, we headed outside to take some photos with the iconic building, and afternoon light. We bid farewell to their parents and headed to one of our favorite state parks to take a few more photos along the rugged Maine shoreline. We love photographing these small weddings at City Hall here in Portland.
