Hardy Farm Maine Wedding: Luis and Louisa

Some weddings feel like they have their own heartbeat — full of energy, family, and joy that moves through every part of the day. Luis and Louisa’s wedding at Hardy Farm in Fryeburg was exactly that kind of celebration. It was a hot and humid summer day in Maine, but the warmth suited them — it felt alive, full of laughter, and completely unfiltered in the best way.

They shared their first look in a cornfield with a sweeping view of the mountains.

From there, the day unfolded at the wooded ceremony space, tucked into a small opening surrounded by tall trees. Before the ceremony, Luis received a special family Bible — a meaningful moment that carried quiet significance into the day. Louisa’s father walked her down the aisle, and together they stood surrounded by loved ones, sunlight filtering through the branches above.

Guests traveled from as far away as Nicaragua to celebrate with them. Every part of the day was filled with warmth and joy — the kind that makes everyone feel like they’re part of something special.

By the time the reception began, everyone was ready to dance. At one point, both Luis and Louisa were lifted onto their friends’ shoulders — a perfect snapshot of the happiness that filled the night.

It was one of those weddings that reminded you what celebration really means — a hot Maine summer evening, surrounded by forest and family, ending in pure joy.
