Wolfeboro New Hampshire Rehearsal Dinner with Hallie and Ian

Wolfeboro New Hampshire is a lake town on the eastern shores of Lake Lake Winnipesaukee and is known as "America's Oldest Summer Resort.” How cute is that already? Right? Hallie and Ian met us on the waterfront, a little while before they were to arrive at their rehearsal dinner just down the road at the Inn on Main. It was the end of summer and all you could dream of on an evening by the lake. We were well informed that Hallie and Ian run on thier own timeline, which I respect. I myself run on my own timeline as well. A few perfect minutes late, they arrived and we hugged it out. Hallie was actually my little sisters suitemate at Elon University many years ago. Hallie knew Dan and I when we were dating. That my friends, is a throwback. It was hard to “get serious” and start the shoot since all I wanted to do was catch up and marvel at how happy they were together. Thankfully Dan is a rockstar and can make things happen with zero weirdness. And so… we began.

After a few short minutes, we headed down the street for the dinner. The sun was making everything so lovely, so splendid. Children playing, catching up with friends, snacks, drinks, and good music. Speaking of good music… this is THE thing with Hallie and Ian. If music could be incorporated into their wedding weekend, it was. Please see the tiny concert put on by some of their closest humans, all in a circle, surrounding Hallie and Ian in so much love it was overwhelming. A few dogs. A few guitars. What else could you ask for?
